Timelines

Ready when it's actually ready.

It usually takes up to six weeks to get an agent production-ready, after extensive testing and optimisation. We don't rush a go-live to hit a calendar date. Every agent is scoped, built, tested and tuned until it handles your real conversations well, and only then does it answer a real customer.
