Aiployee brings together Simon’s leadership in sales, operations and new business, Liam’s engineering leadership, Renier’s work in delivery and Gojify, and Hakeem’s voice operations. Each has a clear part in turning the product into something useful for a customer.

Founder & CEO
Simon drives Aiployee’s growth, leading sales, business operations and new business development. He builds customer relationships, opens new markets and works closely with the team to turn opportunities into practical deployments. His experience founding and growing Mafadi Group informs a direct, hands-on approach to building the business.
Chief Technology Officer
Liam leads the technical development of Aiployee’s products. His work spans software engineering, infrastructure and system architecture, connecting the product vision to what the team builds.
Operations & Gojify Lead
Renier leads Gojify and brings together product delivery, customer onboarding and system integrations. He works with businesses to turn their requirements into a deployment their teams can use.
Voice Operations Lead
Hakeem leads voice operations for new and existing customers. His work covers agent setup, testing and ongoing client support, keeping deployments connected to the conversations businesses actually have.
We own and operate GPUs and servers securely hosted in South Africa.
Data and access are scoped to each customer’s tenant.
Permissions are assigned by role, so people can access the information and actions their work requires.
Our SOC 2 audit is in progress.
We confirm hosting, data processing and any external providers or integrations for each deployment.
