Founder & CEO
Simon drives Aiployee’s growth, leading sales, business operations and new business development. He builds customer relationships, opens new markets and works closely with the team to turn opportunities into practical deployments. His experience founding and growing Mafadi Group informs a direct, hands-on approach to building the business.

Renier leads Gojify and brings together product delivery, customer onboarding and system integrations. He works with businesses to turn their requirements into a deployment their teams can use.

Hakeem leads voice operations for new and existing customers. His work covers agent setup, testing and ongoing client support, keeping deployments connected to the conversations businesses actually have.

An independent SOC 2 audit of our security controls is under way.
Our servers are hosted in South Africa with HostAfrica, in a Tier III, ISO‑accredited data centre. They are private, with no resource sharing, and DDoS mitigation is included.
We confirm hosting, data processing and any external providers or integrations for each deployment.
